Shoes Quality Control
1) Initial Factory Evaluation
On receiving the Factory information from the client, we examine the operational aspect 30 days before buyer confirming the purchasing order. Our experienced inspectors make overall evaluation of the appointed supplier, including production capacity, quality control, capability, production equipment, handling of customers’ complaint and so on.
2) Initial Production Check
Before production starts, our inspectors carefully assess all the production materials, components and methods in strict accordance with the specification and approval samples of our clients to ensure compliance of products with the approved samples. At this stage, we ensure our clients that the products are compliant with the approved.
3) During Product Inspection.
This inspection is performed when around 30% of goods finished. We select the semi-finished products or some packaged finished products at random for checking and detailed testing. This enables us to identify early problems to avoid continued production of a large number of noncompliant products, and recommend corrective measures and improvements and provide timely feedback to the clients. At this stage, we identify problems in early stage and propose corrective measures, and predict the production efficiency and time of completion.
4) Final Random Inspection
This inspection is normally carried out when mass production is finished and at least 80% of goods are packed and ready for the shipment. Samples are selected randomly according to international sampling standards and compared to ensure the goods compliance with original sample.
5) Container Loading Supervision
This stage is performed when the goods are ready for shipping. Our inspectors are present at the loading site to carry out inspection. We check soundness of containers, whether packaged goods, quantity, markings and packaging materials are compliant with the requirements under the orders, damages or insufficiency of goods during loading, etc. to ensure compliance with the requirements of the clients. We provide the pictures taken at the loading site as evidence.
6) Full Process Quality Control
This inspection is carried out when the factory start preparing the raw material. Our resident inspectors monitor the mass production 7*24 hours throughout the whole process. We keep eyes on any possible problem which may affect the quality and delivery date.
7) Warehousing
Our services don’t stop at Quality control. We assist the customers in a very vital post production service- Warehousing. Many of the customers are sourcing from different suppliers for different styles due to the varied nature of styles requirement and availability. This might create problems in assembling goods and communication gap. We provide the assistance in arranging goods from various suppliers and storing them at a warehouse. We generally choose a warehouse which has proper security measures with CCTV and other camera devices in addition to security guards.
8) Distribution
Many customers also face the problems of bifurcating different styles different colors shoes and disbursing them to different location on account of unavailability of company personnel in China. With our base and presence in China, we aid them in disseminating products as per client specifications for different locations and ship them accordingly. This saves the time and efforts of coordinating with different distributor /stores and the right quantity, the right product reaches the clients distributor on the right time by direct shipments from china.
9) Quality Suppliers Sourcing
Many of the customers sourcing from china may not be happy with some suppliers due to quality inconsistencies. They wish for a replacement supplier but don’t have enough time and enough information to search for quality suppliers. With years of base and service in China, SIL has developed a network with quality suppliers for varied styles and can assist in finding the right supplier for the customer as per their style requirement.
10) Product Development
As the business develops the clients are looking to develop and add new styles to their existing shoe portfolio or may be launching an entirely new product line. This service enables the client to venture into different styles as per the trend and need of customer without worrying about the production and sourcing of new styles. It also ensures that the quality and making is as per the clients required standard.
